When purchasing a spa cover or hot tub cover, the construction and materials should be your first consideration. We stand behind our product and offer a 5 year warranty on all our foam cores and vinyl jackets.

Foam density refers to the weight of a cubic foot of foam. We offer our foam cores in 1.0lb, 1.5lb, and 2.0lb densities. The higher the density the stronger the cover will be, (i.e. support more weight) plus the better the insulation (i.e. R-14 to R-19). Higher densities are more resistant to water saturation.
